What is rlSntpServerInetStratum?
This read-only NTPStratum reports the stratum level of a manually configured inet-addressed unicast SNTP server entry. An admin managing both IPv4 and IPv6 server entries can compare their stratum values to pick the best available reference. For example, if the IPv6 server entry reports a lower stratum than a comparable IPv4 entry, the admin might prioritize the IPv6 path for accuracy.
