What is rlSntpServerInetLastResp?
This read-only NTPTimeStamp records when the device last received a response from this inet-addressed unicast SNTP server entry. An admin can check it to isolate whether a specific dual-stack-capable server entry has gone quiet, apart from other configured servers. For example, a stale last-response value here while other server entries keep updating points specifically to this IPv6 or IPv4 server being unreachable.
