What is rlSntpNtpConfigRetryCnt?
This read-only Integer32 reports how many times the device will retry an SNTP/NTP request before giving up on that attempt cycle. It's useful to an admin assessing how resilient the device's time-sync process is to transient packet loss on the path to the time server. For example, a value of 3 here means the device sends up to three requests to the server before declaring that polling round a failure.
