What is rlSntpBroadcastStratum?
This read-only NTPStratum reports the stratum level of the server supplying broadcast time to the device. An admin can use it to judge the quality of the broadcast time source compared to using a directly polled unicast server. For example, a broadcast source reporting stratum 4 would generally be considered a lower-quality reference than a unicast server reporting stratum 2.
