What is rlSntpBroadcastOffset?
This read-only NTPTimeStamp, measured in seconds, is the estimated clock offset between the broadcast server and the device's local clock, computed per RFC 2030. An admin monitoring clock accuracy would watch this value to catch drift building up between syncs from the broadcast source. For example, an offset that grows from under a second to tens of seconds over a day would indicate the local clock is drifting faster than the broadcast updates can correct.
