What is rlSntpBroadcastLastResp?
This read-only NTPTimeStamp records the time of the last SNTP broadcast response the device received. An admin can check this timestamp to see how recently broadcast time updates have actually arrived, which helps spot a broadcast source that has gone silent. For example, if this timestamp is hours old while the polling interval is supposed to be minutes, that signals the broadcast server has likely stopped transmitting.
