Module: CISCOSB-TIMESYNCHRONIZATION-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCOSB-TIMESYNCHRONIZATION-MIB::rlSntpBroadcastInetIfAdminState

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.92.2.2.15.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: SNTP interface Adminstrative state- Enable/Disable SNTP. In case of reinitializing polling or time synchronization this MIB is modified. The MIB can be enabled even thought it is already enabled.

What is rlSntpBroadcastInetIfAdminState?

This read-write INTEGER enables or disables SNTP broadcast reception on a specific interface using the newer inet-address-capable table. An admin managing a dual-stack network can use it to control broadcast SNTP per interface just as with the legacy IPv4-only table, and re-toggling forces reinitialization. For example, an admin might enable this on an IPv6-enabled VLAN interface while the legacy broadcast admin-state object remains used only for IPv4 segments.
