Description: The estimated round-trip delay of the server's clock relative to the local clock over the network path between them, in seconds. The host determines the value of this object using the algorithm described in RFC 2030.
What is rlSntpBroadcastDelay?
This read-only NTPSignedTimeValue, measured in seconds, is the estimated round-trip network delay between the device and the broadcast time server, computed per RFC 2030. An admin diagnosing why broadcast-derived time seems less accurate than expected can check whether high network delay on that path is inflating the sync error. For example, a broadcast server reachable over a congested segment might show a delay of several hundred milliseconds versus a few milliseconds for a local unicast server.
