What is rlSntpAllServerInetLastResp?
This read-only NTPTimeStamp reports the most recent response time across all configured inet-addressed SNTP servers. An admin can check this single aggregate object to confirm that at least one configured inet server is still responding, without polling each entry separately. For example, a recent aggregate timestamp reassures an admin that time sync is progressing even if they haven't checked each individual server row.
