Description: Setting to a value other than none results in the Server (Host) Key being regenerated. The key size is host-specific.
What is rlSshServerRegenerateHostKey?
This read-write action field, when set to a value other than none, triggers the device to regenerate its SSH server host key of the specified algorithm, with the resulting key size being host-specific. Admins care because this is how they rotate the device's SSH host identity, for example after a suspected key compromise. For example, an admin sets this to RSA to force generation of a fresh RSA host key, after which every SSH client will see a host-key-changed warning on its next connection until it accepts the new fingerprint.
