What is rlSshServerHostPublicKeyFragmentText?
This read-only DisplayString holds one chunk of the readable text representation of the SSH server's host public key. Admins care because concatenating every fragment gives the full key text needed to pre-populate a client's known-hosts entry or verify authenticity out of band. For example, an admin concatenates all fragment text values in ID order to reconstruct a complete key string matching what an SSH client displays on first connection.
