What is rlSshClientSelfPublicKeyFragmentText?
This read-write DisplayString holds one chunk of the device's own outbound SSH client public key text, and unlike the read-only host-key fragment fields, this one is writable, allowing an admin to import a chosen client key rather than only exporting the auto-generated one. Admins care because it lets them push a specific client identity onto the device instead of relying solely on an auto-generated key. For example, an admin writes fragment text here to import a specific pre-generated client key so several devices share one common client identity recognized by their backup servers.
