OID (symbolic): CISCOSB-SSH-MIB::rlSshClientDefaultKeyFlag

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.78.3.12

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: This scalar indicates which of the SSH client keys are default keys (automatically generated).

What is rlSshClientDefaultKeyFlag?

This read-only INTEGER reports which of the device's own SSH client keys (rsa, dsa, all, or none) are the automatically-generated default keys rather than ones an admin explicitly imported. It matters because it tells an admin at a glance whether the device is still relying on factory-generated key material or has been provisioned with custom keys, which affects key-management and audit decisions. For example, seeing this scalar return all(3) tells an admin that no custom SSH client key has yet been imported and both RSA and DSA keys are still auto-generated defaults.
