What is rlRadiusServTrapAuthSuccess?

This read-write TruthValue enables sending a trap whenever a user is successfully authorized by the local RADIUS server. It gives an admin an audit trail of successful authentications delivered proactively, useful for tracking who's accessing the network in near real time. For example, an admin monitoring after-hours access would enable this trap to be alerted the moment any user successfully authenticates outside business hours.
