This read-write RowStatus, whose description is blank in the MIB source so its purpose is inferred from the field name and its sibling group-table objects, governs the lifecycle of a RADIUS server group entry. It's how an admin actually commits a new group, with its assigned VLAN, ACLs, privilege level, and time range, into active use, or removes a group that's no longer needed. For example, after configuring a group's name, VLAN, and privilege level, an admin would set this status to active to make the group usable, or to destroy to remove it entirely.
