What is rlRadiusServEnable?
This read-write TruthValue turns the switch's built-in local RADIUS server feature on or off. Enabling it matters when the switch itself needs to authenticate 802.1X or management-login users locally rather than relying on an external RADIUS server. For example, a small branch office without a dedicated RADIUS infrastructure might enable this feature so the switch itself authenticates 802.1X clients.
