What is rlRadiusServClientInetKey?
This read-write DisplayString (0-128 chars) holds the shared secret key specific to this individual RADIUS client. A per-client key matters when different clients shouldn't share the same secret, improving security by limiting the blast radius if one client's key is compromised. For example, an admin with several different vendors' network devices as RADIUS clients might give each one a unique key here instead of relying on the global default key.
