What is rlRadiusServClearRejectedUsers?
This read-write TruthValue, when set to true, clears the local RADIUS server's cache of rejected-user records. It matters for admins who want to reset the rejected-users log after investigating a wave of failed authentications, so new rejections are easier to spot going forward. For example, after resolving a misconfigured client that was causing a flood of rejections, an admin would set this to true to clear the noise from the rejected-users cache.
