What is rlPolicyRulesDestPortRangeEnd?
This read-write object specifies the ending port number of a destination port range this rule should match against, paired with rlPolicyRulesDestPortRangeStart. An admin uses this to complete the definition of a destination-port range match. For example, an admin permitting a service that listens on ports 5000 through 5010 would set this field to 5010 to close out that range.
