Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Description: The list of objects contain parameters at Precents type for the maximal bandwidth to this port/service class at SP . The OID length is based on the number of the service class number, every OID define parameter of service class.

What is rlPolicyPortCfgMaximalBandwidth?

This is an OBJECT IDENTIFIER pointing to a variable-length list of percentage values, one per service class, giving the maximum Strict Priority (SP) bandwidth ceiling for each service class on this port, with the OID's length scaling to the number of service classes supported. It lets an admin see the upper bound placed on each priority queue so no single class can consume an entire port under strict-priority scheduling. For example, capping the top-priority service class at 40% here prevents a burst of voice traffic from starving lower-priority queues on that port entirely.
