What is rlPolicyMibVersion?

This read-only object reports the version of this Policy MIB implementation itself, currently 14, with each version number corresponding to a documented set of added fields and QoS feature support such as trusted-mode operation and DSCP mapping tables. An admin (or management software) checks this to know which policy features and object semantics are actually available on this device's firmware before attempting to configure advanced QoS/ACL behavior. For example, management software polling this object and seeing version 14 would know it's safe to use the newer trusted-port DSCP mapping features rather than falling back to legacy behavior.
