Description: V750 DEPRECATED - replaced with rlPolicyGlobalTrustMode field in rlPolicyQosModeGlobalCfg table. Global Trust state. the value refered to Basic mode and specify the trust mode the device is support. all phisical ports are trusted

What is rlPolicyGlobalTrustMode?

This is a deprecated read-write value that previously set the device's global Basic-mode trust state, indicating which packet field all physical ports trust for QoS classification, now superseded by the corresponding field in rlPolicyQosModeGlobalCfg. Since this trust setting applied identically to every physical port, an admin used it to decide network-wide whether incoming markings were honored or overridden in Basic mode. For example, setting this to a DSCP-trust value on legacy firmware meant every port would honor incoming DSCP markings for queuing decisions rather than re-classifying traffic from scratch.
