What is rlPolicyGlobalClassifyIpPrecedenceSupported?
This read-only TruthValue reports whether the device can classify traffic based on IP Precedence, the top 3 bits of the IP TOS byte. An admin relying on legacy IP-Precedence-based classification, rather than full DSCP, needs to confirm this capability exists on the platform first. For example, a device reporting true lets the admin build classification rules keyed on IP Precedence values for compatibility with older routers that don't use DSCP.
