What is rlPolicyDropProfileRedProbDp2?
This read-write integer gives the WRED drop probability applied to Drop Precedence 2 traffic within this drop profile, between its min and max thresholds. It's usually the highest of the profile's three drop probabilities, ensuring the least-protected traffic is shed fastest wherever the profile is applied. For example, setting this near its maximum in a heavily-used profile aggressively clears best-effort traffic from congested queues network-wide.
