This read-write integer (0-100 percent) gives the WRED minimum threshold for Drop Precedence 2 traffic within this drop profile. It's typically the lowest of the profile's three DP minimums, marking where the least-protected traffic starts dropping first, consistently, on every referencing port. For example, a low value here means DP2 traffic in every queue sharing this profile begins WRED drops well before DP0 or DP1 traffic does.
