What is rlPolicyDropProfileRedMaxDp2?
This read-write integer (0-100 percent) gives the WRED maximum threshold for Drop Precedence 2 traffic within this drop profile. It sets the top of the DP2 drop-probability ramp shared across all ports that reference this profile. For example, a tight range between this max and the profile's DP2 minimum produces a steep drop ramp for best-effort traffic on every queue using the profile.
