What is rlPolicyDropProfileQueueNumber?
This read-only integer identifies which queue number, within a given drop profile, the accompanying threshold values apply to. Since a drop profile can define different tail-drop and WRED behavior per queue, this field tells the admin which specific queue a row's parameters belong to. For example, queue number 1 in a drop profile might carry more lenient thresholds than queue number 8 in the same profile, reflecting different traffic priorities.
