What is rlPhyTestGetType?
This read-only RlPhyTestType indicates whether the specified test can be performed on this port, or that the test can be initiated at the user's discretion. It tells the admin whether a diagnostic capability is actually available before attempting to run it. For example, this field confirming a port supports the requested diagnostic lets the admin proceed to trigger it via rlPhyTestSetType.
