What is rlEmWebServiceProtocol?

This read-write field sets the protocol, HTTP or HTTPS, a given web service entry uses, though the general HTTP service row can only ever be http and the general HTTPS service row can only ever be https, leaving this genuinely settable mainly for flexible rows like the extra port; a 'default' write reverts the entry to its initialization protocol setting. An administrator uses this to configure or reset the protocol for adjustable service entries such as the extra port service. For example, an admin wanting to switch the extra port service from HTTP to HTTPS would set this OID to https rather than recreating the whole service entry.
