This read-create field holds the DNS name of a configured Sbelt name server entry, or an empty string if the resolver doesn't have a name for that server, for example if it's known only by IP. An administrator sets or reviews this when configuring the resolver's built-in list of fallback name servers used before external DNS becomes fully available. For example, an admin naming a backup name server 'ns2.example.com' populates this OID so the entry is human-identifiable in addition to its address.
