This RowStatus column reflects the state of an entry the DNS resolver itself created in its cache table, and since only the agent creates these rows, an administrator's SNMP writes are limited to setting it to active or destroy. An administrator uses the destroy option to manually flush a specific stale or incorrect cached DNS record without waiting for its TTL to expire. For example, after a DNS record changes upstream, an admin can destroy the cached entry here to force the resolver to re-query rather than serve the old cached answer.
