This read-only value reports the original Time-To-Live that came with a cached resource record in the unified DNS cache, or, for entries that are still unresolved, the polling interval instead. An administrator uses this to judge how long a given cached answer was meant to remain valid, or how often an unresolved entry is being retried. For example, a very short TTL shown here would explain why a cached name keeps needing frequent re-resolution.
