What is rlDhcpSrvNumOfHostPools?

This read-only Unsigned32 reports the number of static (host pool) entries stored in the DHCP database. An admin uses this to quickly gauge how many fixed, per-device reservations exist without enumerating the full static allocation table. For example, this number rising after configuring reservations for a batch of new VoIP phones confirms those reservations were added.
