What is rlDhcpSrvNumOfExcludedPools?
This read-only Unsigned32 reports the number of excluded pools configured on the DHCP Server. An admin uses this to track how many address ranges have deliberately been carved out of dynamic allocation, such as for static devices. For example, an increase in this count after excluding a printer subnet confirms that exclusion was applied.
