Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: TruthValue
Access: read-only
Description: This variable shows whether the device can function as a DHCP Server.
What is rlDhcpSrvExists?
This read-only TruthValue reports whether the device is capable of functioning as a DHCP Server at all. An admin checks this before trying to configure DHCP server features, to confirm the platform supports that role. For example, if this reports false on a particular switch model, the admin knows they cannot configure it to serve DHCP leases and must use a separate DHCP server device.
