Each element of type IP address in value field is represented in dotted decimal notation format.

What is rlDhcpSrvConfParamsOptionsList?

This read-write DisplayString represents a sequence of DHCP option segments, each expressed as a code/length/value triplet, where multi-element values are comma-separated and IP address elements use dotted-decimal notation. An admin uses this to define arbitrary custom DHCP options beyond the named ones already covered elsewhere in the MIB. For example, entering a triplet for option code 43 with a vendor-specific value lets the admin push custom vendor information to DHCP clients under this configuration group.
