What is rndCommunityPortSecurity?

This read-create INTEGER, when enabled, restricts the device to only accept SNMP messages for this community entry arriving through the specific port via which the associated NMS is known to be reachable. An admin enables this to reduce the risk of SNMP spoofing or unauthorized access from other ports. For example, enabling port security on a community entry tied to the management VLAN port prevents SNMP requests using that community string from being accepted if they arrive on a different, untrusted port.
