What is rndCommunityAccess?
This read-create INTEGER sets the access level (readOnly, readWrite, or super) granted to the management station associated with a given community string entry. An admin uses this to enforce least-privilege access, letting some NMS stations only view data while others can also change configuration. For example, setting this to readOnly(1) for a monitoring dashboard's community string ensures that station can poll counters but cannot modify device settings.
