What is rlCLIremoteCLIexecutionState?
This read-only integer reports the current lifecycle state of a remote CLI session, such as notActive before any commands have been applied, inProcess while commands are executing, or outputAvailable once results are ready. An admin or management client polls it to know when it is safe to retrieve command output. For example, remote management software would poll this object until it reports outputAvailable(4) before attempting to fetch the results of previously applied CLI commands.
