OID (symbolic): CISCOSB-CDB-MIB::rlManualReboot

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.94.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: TruthValue

Access: read-only

Description: Indicates whether the device was shutdown orderly before reboot or not (i.e. power failure)

What is rlManualReboot?

This read-only TruthValue reports whether the device's last reboot followed an orderly shutdown or was instead caused by an unexpected event such as a power failure. An admin uses it to distinguish planned restarts from abrupt power loss when investigating an outage. For example, seeing this object report false after an outage would tell an admin the device rebooted due to a power failure rather than a deliberate command.
