What is rldot1sMstpPendingGroup?
This read-write integer sets the pending MST instance ('group') number that a VLAN will be assigned to once the pending configuration is activated. An admin writes to it when planning a VLAN-to-instance reassignment that should take effect only after an explicit commit step. For example, an engineer preparing to move VLAN 300 to instance 5 would set this pending group value first, then trigger the activation action separately.
