What is rlRadiusServerInetLastResponseTime?
This read-only TimeStamp reports the value of sysUpTime at the moment this Inet-style RADIUS server last responded to a request, or zero if no request has ever been sent to it. Admins use this to see how recently, in terms of device uptime, a given server actually replied, which helps confirm it's genuinely reachable rather than just configured. For example, an admin troubleshooting authentication delays checks this object and finds it's stuck at zero for one server, confirming that server has never actually responded since the switch last rebooted.
