Description: IPv4 address of the interface to use with this server. A value of 0.0.0.0 for this object disables source address specification. This MIB is used if the value of the field rlRadiusServerUseGlobalDefaultSource is false.
What is rlRadiusGlobalDefaultSource?
This read-write IpAddress sets the default IPv4 source interface address used when talking to a RADIUS server, applied when that server's own source-override flag is false; a value of 0.0.0.0 disables source address specification entirely. Admins use this to ensure RADIUS traffic consistently originates from a specific management interface across all servers using the default. For example, an admin sets this object to the switch's dedicated management VLAN address so RADIUS requests always appear to come from that consistent source IP.
