What is rlAAAUserLevel?

This read-only Unsigned32 (1-15) reports the privilege level a currently tracked user session is operating at. Admins use it to see exactly how much administrative capability an active session holds, which matters if that session appears unexpected. For example, an admin notices an unfamiliar session reporting level 15 and immediately investigates, since that session has full administrative rights on the switch.
