This read-write DisplayString (0-20 chars) is an action object: writing a local username to it unlocks that locked-out local user, the value is never saved to non-volatile storage, and reading it always returns an empty string. An admin cares because this is the actual remote mechanism to restore a locked-out local account without physical console access. For example, an admin who receives a report that a helpdesk user is locked out after too many failed attempts would write that user's name to this object via SNMP to unlock them.
