What is rlAAASystemPasswordlevel12?

This read-write DisplayString (0-160 characters) is the system password checked when the system-password AAA method authenticates a login at privilege level 12, using either a '$'-prefixed clear text format or a '#'-prefixed 32-character hex-encoded encrypted format, with the leading '$' or '#' acting purely as a format directive and not part of the password itself. Admins configure this so a shared password, rather than an individual local account, can grant access at exactly this privilege level. For example, an admin sets this object to an encrypted '#'-prefixed value so anyone authenticating with the correct level-12 system password is logged in at privilege level 12, without that password appearing in plain text in the running configuration.
