What is rlAAASysPassStatPasswordValidTime?

This read-write Unsigned32 sets, in days, how long a system password at a given level remains valid for login before it is considered expired, with 0 meaning it never expires and the actual usable range being product-specific; after expiry the system may still allow a limited number of logins solely to change the password. An admin cares because it enforces periodic rotation of high-privilege system passwords as a security control. For example, an admin enforcing a 90-day rotation policy on the level-15 password would set this value to 90 so it must be changed quarterly.
