What is rlAAAMethodListStatus?
This read-write RowStatus governs the lifecycle of a method list table entry, accepting values to destroy or createAndGo the row. Admins use it to add a brand-new named method list or remove one that's no longer referenced by any line. For example, an admin sets this object to createAndGo when defining a new method list, and later sets it to destroy once that method list is retired from use.
