Description: Identifies the ifindex for which this entry can be used. If index 0 means don't care (can be used for all if indices). For port type console the value could be only 0.
What is rlAAALockedLineIfIndex?
This read-write Unsigned32 identifies the specific ifIndex that a locked-line table entry applies to, where 0 means it applies to all interfaces and, for the console port type, the value must be 0. An admin cares because it lets lockout status be scoped to one particular line rather than the whole device. For example, an admin managing multiple auxiliary lines would use this field to check or clear the lock status on one specific line's ifIndex without affecting the others.
