What is rlAAALocalUserSupported?

This read-only TruthValue reports whether the local users database is supported on this device; false means it can never be used as an authentication or accounting method, and true means it will be used if AAA is configured accordingly. An admin checks this to know whether local-user fallback is even an available option on a particular switch. For example, an admin planning a fallback authentication strategy first confirms this object reports true before relying on local users as a backup method.
